Overview

OmegaAI now supports seamless demographic synchronization between OAI and Blume, ensuring that key user information stays accurate and consistent across both systems. This reduces the need for manual updates and helps maintain reliable records throughout your workflow.

1. How Demographic Sync Works

Whenever you update demographic information—such as phone number, email address, or home address—in either system, the same information is automatically updated in the other.

Examples

  • Update your phone number in OAI → it reflects automatically in Blume
  • Update your address in Blume → it appears automatically in OAI

There is no need to update your details twice.

2. Making Updates Safely

To ensure smooth syncing:

  • Enter correct and complete information
  • Use valid formats (e.g., numbers for phone fields)
  • Avoid unsupported characters or symbols

If incorrect or incomplete information is entered, the system may ask you to review and correct it before saving.

3. If Both Systems Are Updated at the Same Time

If the same detail is updated in both OAI and Blume around the same time, the systems will follow the conflict-resolution rules defined by your organization. One value will take priority, and that will be the final saved information.

4. Tips for a Smooth Experience

  • After making changes, allow a short time for updates to reflect in the other system.
  • Refresh the page if you don’t see the change immediately.
