Sharing Your Feedback on the Blume App

Overview

Blume values your opinion. After your appointment is completed, you may see a short feedback card asking:

"How is your experience with the Blume App so far?"

You will see two buttons: Good and Bad. Tapping either one opens a short follow-up — the exact experience depends on whether you are using Blume on a browser (desktop or laptop) or on a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, or Android).

Note:

This prompt may also appear in other areas of the app, such as when viewing your diagnostic reports.

When Does the Feedback Prompt Appear?

The feedback prompt is designed to be non-intrusive. Here is how it works:

  • It appears after you complete an appointment on Blume.
  • It may also appear the first time you complete an appointment on the platform.
  • Once you see the prompt, it will not appear again for at least 30 days.
  • If you dismiss or ignore the prompt twice without responding, it will stop appearing automatically.

On a Browser (Desktop / Laptop)

If you are using Blume through a web browser on your desktop or laptop computer, here is what you will experience when you respond to the feedback prompt.

When You Select "Good"

  1. Tap the Good button — it will turn blue to confirm your selection.
  2. A comment box appears below the buttons with the prompt: "Describe your experience in a few words…"
  3. Type your feedback in the box (optional but encouraged).
  4. Tap Submit to send your feedback.

Note: On the browser version, you will not be asked to leave a store rating. Your feedback is submitted directly within Blume.

When You Select "Bad"

  1. Tap the Bad button — it will turn blue to confirm your selection.
  2. The card title changes to: "How can we improve the experience?"
  3. A comment box appears with the prompt: "Describe your experience here…"
  4. Type your feedback and tap Submit to send it to the Blume team.

On iOS (iPhone or iPad)

If you are using the Blume app on an iPhone or iPad, the experience is slightly different when you select Good — you will be invited to share your rating on the App Store.

When You Select "Good"

  1. Tap the Good button — it will turn blue to confirm your selection.
  2. A blue card appears with the message: "Glad you liked it! Enjoying Blume? Leave us a rating on the App Store."
  3. You will see two options:
    • Rate on App Store — tapping this takes you directly to the Blume listing on the Apple App Store, where you can leave a rating or review.
    • Maybe Later — tapping this dismisses the card without taking any action.

Note: No comment box appears on iOS when you select Good. Your positive selection is automatically saved. Any review you leave on the App Store is managed directly by Apple and is not stored by Blume.
